I'm not sure how I did it in the first place, but I somehow made it so that my article forum is not visible. What I am trying to do, is the following:
My thanks and gratitude in advance. --------------- Added [DATE]1298558389[/DATE] at [TIME]1298558389[/TIME] --------------- Anybody? |

If you just made it so it isn't viewable, then just change the permissions on it? I don't understand why you want to make a new one.
Forum Manager > find forum > Edit > change name to what you want and make sure under Posting Options all are set to Yes except Forum is Active. Save Also, make sure it is listed under AdminCP > Settings > Options > content management > comments forum |

All of those settings appear to be as you listed, but it is not showing up under my forums.
--------------- Added [DATE]1300922075[/DATE] at [TIME]1300922075[/TIME] --------------- Forum is Active = set to yes. It still does not appear. |

It won't show if you set it to active unless you also change the display to something other than 0, which is the default.
The article forum is not supposed to show on the main forum page. It doesn't by default. |
