Help needed over a skin/theme/style ?

Hi all,
I'm new so I hope its ok yo post this here.
I have a forum on VB 4.0.3 it is a bog standard foum with a few members and I want to build it up, and maybe cover my costs through moetisation.
So I was advised to get a logo on the site (done) upgrade to 4.1.2, get vba cms and come here and get a skin/theme/style.

As you might have guessed, I don't know the difference between a skin, a theme or a style.Maybe they are one and the same thing.
What I do know is that my forum is currently the blue out of the box colour from the install and I was it to look like this forum using the Tangerine skin for version 3

I have corresponded with vbskins (forumflux) who sell the skin but they don;t do one for v4 and wont be making one.
So I am posting to ask if anyone knows if a similar looking skin that I could use is available or, as I don'y know how to make a template if it is possible to request one from someone?

sorry that is a lower version thats 3. version so will have to find a style that works although im not sure what ever style that is im kind of sure that templates have changed enough and the login and stuff wont look like that with just importing a style, unless its a style for 4.1.1 or better

I am currently in the process of upgrading to 4.1.2 and then adding a cms so I'll look around some more.
I will probably end up buying what I want if I can find it.

I know if you upgrade to I believe 4.0.6 or above it comes with a tool for creating style, But I'm nor sure if it only comes with the full suite or if its a tool in the forum only package, but it does a good job of tweaking the colors in a style and may be all you need if its in the forum only version. Just upgrade the forum to 4.1.1 at least.
