Sorry if this is a stupid question but I hope someone can help!

Is it possible to keep a log of guests activity on your forum. (I have 4.1.2)
I'd want to know what they did while on the forum, and most importantly their ip address.

I'd really appreciate any help anyone might be able to offer!
