I have 2 different places on the website that both need to share the same username and password for users to access both parts.
Right now I have: 1. website.com/wordpress 2. website.com/vbforums each has its own sub-directory both are located on the same .com There is no sense having same user need to make up a username and password to each part individually i want them to share the same username and password no matter what part of the website they need. I have done some research on this and have found part of answers but most are talking about the database itself i need to modify the code in the header to access only one of the databases to get the username and pass information of a user. I hope this is clear enough. ![]() or another example 1. website.com/wordpress 2. website.com/vb forums as you know word press has its own database and vbulletin has its own database. members should be able to login to either Word Press or VB forums and have access to both. Thanks |
