Limit RSS to Thread Title

I noticed that when I turned my site's rss feed on the site's traffic dropped, I turned it off and the traffic came back up...this indicated to me that users were using the rss feed to determine when to visit the site.

However, I am now wanting to have RSS feed of the threads listed on my site's Facebook page and only way I know of doing that is to turn the feed back on and use Facebook Graffiti.

So, can someone tell me how I can just feed new thread titles from my site's RSS feed and not a preview of the post?
