Move replied thread at the botton

Ok, here is the situation...

I was looking for a solution or setting.. whenever I reply to a thread it goes to the bottom so that its much easier for me to see the top thread which is waiting for my reply.

I am actually providing support via forum, so i must answer all forum threads.

I am new to managing forum, so may be missed some setting already?
