Is it possible to get rss feed from an external blog into your vb blog ? I couldn't find a way so i guess the feature isn't there, but I couldn't find a hack either.

RSS Feeds for vB is only for forums not for blogs.

This seems to be a common thread here... someone needs to step up and fill the void. Just use the RSS feed manager and allow it to post to a specific user's blog. Something the VB team should do even!
