Problem: New Users into Moderation

Something strange the last few days... for some reason, 2 of the last 4 registrations on my site go into "users awaiting moderation". My settings are set to NOT moderate new members. I recently installed the Glowhost Spam-o-matic update... but it happened before too. Any thoughts on why new members are being put into moderation when my settings are not set as so?

update... figured it out... was COPPA (under 13) registrations. UHG!
