Make a custom blog name instead of username

When i start a blog at the moment the adress to the blog is
mysite9.com/blogs/1-myusername
The name of the blog is my username then
Is there any mod or something that i can do to change the official blog name to:
mysite9.com/blogs/Myblog

So bloggers can name their blog what they want and not need to have their username as blog names?
