Unfortunately the author has chosen to remove this style for public download, it is now in the "Modification Graveyard" and can't be downloaded. It's been well over a year and it's unlikely at this point it will be re-released. (This is a guess, I have no inside info on this.) I suggest finding another suitable style instead.
