buy a vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite and a VB4 forum

I have one VB4 Suite now, and I want to buy one more VB4 Forum, my problem is I want the old site which is running VB4 Suite to run the VB4 Forum, then I can use the VB4 suite for a new site, I think VB4 forum is enough for the old site, then I can save $90, How can I convert VB4 Suite to VB4 forum ? thanks.
