I Changed my User name to an Arabic User name by going to Admin Cp -> Users -> Search Users, and when I did log in to my control panel again it says that this user name doesn't exist please help meeeee=(, I tried many things as for an example I tried as if I've forgotten my password to be sent to my email....and I got a weird message, I mean stuff like that:

register with a new user and give it admin access trough tools.php
you can find that file at do_not_upload folder
upload tools.php in admincp folder
and reupload install folder except install.php
