I have been working on this LITTLE issue for over an hour and now I'm fed up B)

I want the popup nav on the bottom's border to change color to black.
I've changed all the "stylevar" popupmenu things and they just only work for the TOP popup menu not the bottom. I have searched for the CSS that goes along with it, and I can't find it. I've changed every other menu except this one and now I need to get that ugly border black.

You can see on the top image where it looks fine, but on the bottom image where it looks terrible.

Can anyone help me with this one?
