here is the error I'm getting when attempting to view the forum

I haven't run accross this one yet...need some direction please!

Your error is from a modification - photopost. Disable the modification and the error will go away. Then search/post on their forum for help fixing it.

The Out of Memory error is a server issue that you need to talk to your host about.
