vbulletin license hacked and forum hacked read inside

Ok here is what happened when i was driving home after a long day of work.

On my iphone i received an email that i requested a new password for my vbulletin license.
I thought hmm what is going on but after 5 seconds i knew exactly what was going on because i instantly received an email with my new vbulletin license password.

After that my forum was hacked actually set offline with the message "Bye Bye I'm Sorry .. All Account - Bye Bye - ja ja ja Sami Saudi Arabic E-Mail : hilalih@hotmail.com Send Me - ok Man"

I filled already the forms for gmail so they can recover my account.
But the real problem is that i also used my gmail account for the vbulletin registration and if i open a ticket an automated message will be send to my gmail account (that i can not read at the moment because it is hacked) and the hacker will be informed that i am trying to recover everything.

What to do to inform vbulletin about the illegal use of my license.
I tried vbulletin.com forum but they are offline.

I realized after posting that it was the wrong sub forum.

Ok because google quickly recovered my account i can report a ticket now.
All vbulletin settings and info are reverted back to the original settings.
