VBA CMPS isnt using the default template? Help Please!

Hey guys, i was trying to fool around with this for hours , but i couldnt get it to work. It seems that the home page for The vbadvanced cmps isnt using the default theme theme template that i have set up. In the forums the bars are the correct color as shown below

But on the main Cmps home page it looks like this

I have no idea on how to fix this. Your help is greatly appreciated!
