How Do I "Quickly Copy/Duplicate" Threads to a New Forum Section??

I have a forum called VIP Section, this VIP Forum has 630 threads which I want to quickly copy or duplicate exactly the same 630 threads to the "NEW FORUM" section.

Is that a way to do this? Could this be done in the MyAdminPHP?

I really don't want to manually copy and paste each threads to the new section if you know what I mean
