Upgrade 3.8 to 4

I'm upgrading from 3.8.6 to 4.0.5 and running into errors.

First was a table called contenttype which didn't exist but claimed it did when I tried to make it.
I got that fixed with a simple drop and create.

Now I've hit a problem I'm not sure how to solve.

Database Error

Database error in vBulletin 3.8.6:

Invalid SQL:
