how to change thread and post counter

suppose i have 100 thread in 1 section

i want to display 150 in that section

by adding 50

how and to where to edit threads and post counter

and also threads and post count in statistics

how to edit that

thats all tied to actual posts and not sure it can be done without causing trouble in the datbase, an easier soultion would just use rss to grab a ton of crap and post it.

actually creating the threads then close them automaticly with the rss poster bot
that way threads will exist. grab some craiglist or ebay rss or news rss or something and post it for a few days or weeks

Lol, there was a template mod to edit thread view counts, but its in the graveyard

its in the graveyard for a reason ...cant figure out why someone would wanna fake posts or posts read or threads, users maybe you can fake that.. why!
