Facebook Like Box in vbulletin 4

Hi,
I am new to vbulletin 4.
In my website, I can't let non logged user can see the facebook like box of my website either using iframe or xfbml, i.e, the user must log in to view facebook like box. I also can't find the age restriction in my facebook.php.
Can anyone help me, please?
