2 big problems

Hello everyone,
I made the header format, which suddenly appeared in my template.php file error saying:
SELECT * FROM template WHERE styleid = AND templateid = '582 '
I realized he was not displaying the ID style but did not understand why, after I refresh From there I saw that seemed all the more profit the forum down two spaces below. After a thorough examination I returned I deleted the CSS and HTML BODY, I tried to update the CSS over but he just keeps information but it does not display the BODY of the HTML and CSS forum so I added the manual section of the CSS CUSTOM BODY.
And noticed my error page appears in JS, I do not know where. I'd be happy if you help me solve these two problems.
