Change Private Forum description in Home Page

I have a Private Forum on my Vbulletin site that is accessible only to registered and logged-in members, mods, an Admins.

On the Home Page it says "Private" in the Last Post column

Is there a way to over-ride the word "Private" to say something like, Members Only?

If so, please guide me how to make the change.

I've searched for phrases, and such, and I'm not even sure this can be done.

first, read this forum's title...

second, you simply need to find the word "Private" in the phrases manager and rename it.

I had done a search in phrases originally but there was so much that I missed it.

For version 3? Yes but there isn't really a difference on the principle right? Just figured I would mention that it was not version 3 in case someone new that there was indeed a difference.
