Instructions for Newbies?

I'm attempting to fiddle with the colours in some vBulletin 4 themes, just simple things like I want this bar to be green instead of blue or that one to be red instead of pink etc etc.

Is there a nice neat little picture with labels that says this colour is set by this option (or to put it another way, a screen shot of the default template with each individual "bit" tagged with a reference to which setting changes it's colour)?

I'm sure I used to have something like this for VB3 but can't seem to find it on the off chance it's exactly the same. Is there something like this available and I just haven't used the right search term?
