What qualifies as a style submission?

I've noticed a lack of more feminine styles for 4.02. I have recently changed the colors on my site just using the regular VBulletin temple. I plan on doing a lot more and making more styles for my board. I would like to share these because I'm sure at some point someone might be looking for something softer looking. Would just changing the colors of the VBulletin template qualify as a style? Or do you have to get more into changing the graphics, borders, etc..?

And because I'm all about learning... Does anyone have any links to a style guide for beginner's?
