VB4 Suite blog question, Don't want to use it yet.

I don't want to use the blog when my vB4 suite becomes live until I have all the other features on the forum and CMS to the point and I'm comfortable with it.

I don't want to think about the blog even at that point until I fully understand it and it's implications on my forum.

Is there a way I can make it completely not seen for awhile. If I cannot make it not seen can I disable it's use for now?
