Okay i have coded a heard to have navigation bars. I have done this with css and just like any other navigation bar. It works great on anything you click til you click settings or anything within the usercp.php page. It is not applying the CSS. I think it is not even reconizing that I have additional css in the template. I have added the custom code in the additional css template. Please let me know what you all think. If i have too i can give you access to this test board
the good one is the top. When you go to anything in settings you see issues. |

This is a known bug. If you want to find out if something is a bug, you need to go to vbulletin.com and do a search in the bug tracker. This is the wrong site to post on. See this sticky - Installation Issues / Questions or bug reports regarding default vBulletin 4.0

I've got a mod here that adds an additional_css.css file right above the </head> tag on all pages. You can use that until they fix the issue.
