Sharing Content on Facebook.

Does anyone know how to share threads to Facebook now since Facebook changed their code? Looking to put at the beginning of the post.

On my web hosting forum, I added Facebook like/share button codes directly to forum sidebar and its working fine.

You can use this way without using a plugin.
