I think someone needs to be hired (as in given a special rank, not paid) into the position to do the board of the months and manage them. I actually liked those competitions, and it's a shame to see that they're all locked and are poorly managed.
If someone needs to be hired to do this, I'd love to do it, as well as many other members on this site would. So you guys don't have an excuse not to find someone.
