Is there an hack for vb3.8 that can prevent users or guests to post urls in threads/post/PMs before they have X posts?

I searched the entire forum but couldn't find one.

cyb advanced forum permission based on postcount has nothing to do with posting urls before having X posts (at least in Private messages). Its just about posting PMs before having X posts. but thanks anyway =)

Does someone have another idea?
