Is there any way to modify the search function so that it accepts words of three letters or less?

If you are using full text search, this is a mysql change you need to make. You can do a search on the mysql site regarding full text searching and the parameters to change. It may also be listed in the vbulletin manual, if I recall correctly.

That is for if you are using the vbulletin search engine, not the mysql fulltext searching.

Thanks. I just went to the mysql site and can't make head nor tail of anything in it, let alone figure out how to find what I need. I'm afraid I just need simple, easy to follow instructions on how to take care of this problem. Can anyone help? Please?
