Lists forums user moderates in postbit

Basically I'm trying to replicate a feature I really like from another forum. Hours of googling and searching templates/mods on vB.org hasnt gotten me anywhere.

As the title suggest I'm trying to show which forums a particular use is a mod of as in the image below.

So I was wondering if anyone is familiar with this mod. Maybe its just a simple $vbphrase even.

Any help appreciated!
