Captcha when creating a new thread only

Hi all

I need exact thing which digitalpoint using right now

CAPTCHA should be on new thread only

I know about usergroup human verification but this enables captcha on new replies as well which is not acceptable.

How its gonna work? I need a solution in laymen term.
