Adding Moderator Option Defaults

Good Afternoon,

Im currently facing a problem I can't seem to solve. When adding moderators to a certain forum you get a lot of options you can play around with. Tired of manually editing all of the moderators I realized there must be a way to create default options but I can't seem to find it in the vBulletin Help guide.
Could anyone enlighten me on how to do such thing?

Edit: I realized this should probably go under the vBulletin 3 Discussion as my forum runs vBulletin 3.8.x. Can any moderator please kindly move it? Thanks.
