Is there any way that we can get users to upload their profile pictures while registering?

After registration has completed, there is an option to edit the profile, but they can pass that.

I need it so they are required to upload a profile picture upon registration.
It's for a model agency

There was a mod that allowed a user to upload an avatar when they were registering. I suppose you can take that mod and modify it to use profile pictures instead.

From what I remembered, it didn't seem to work correctly.
It wouldn't "make" them upload it, or if they went to upload it, it wouldn't actually work.
