Using datamanager to create posts with attachments

Would anyone mind sharing a code sample that illustrates how to use the datamanager to add a post to a thread that includes an attached image and displays the image in the post?

I found a discussion about it here that I couldn't quite follow: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...ger+attachment
