Hi Guys,
Really need some help please. We have just moved over to the Vb Subscription system and a number of subscriptions have expired now, as they should as users have not re-newed membership. However the issue lies that the users have not defaulted back to our 'free usergroup' so in effect still have access to all the members only forums ![]() I cannot see an obvious way of setting this up. Could someone please point me in the right direction because at the moment i am pulling my hair out!! Any help will be greatly appreciated. Cheers |

I have never really taken a deep look into the subscriptings untill todya but as far as i can see you will need to find a moddification that would do this for you.

so youre saying a mod is needed to put people back where they came from when the subscription expires? Thats odd that its not included in the vB subscription. Kind of a flaw isnt it?

I think this is a bug rather than anything else. A revert method should be included by default, I can only assume it's a bug, or a misconfiguration on setup.
