Before when I used this function to ban and delete all the posts of a user it would work just fine. The user would be banned and all of his posts would be hard deleted.
But the punitive action doesn't work anymore on the rest of the posts. They just won't get deleted. Any ideas why? |

Create a new style with no parent:
* Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style * Parent Style: No Parent Style * Title: Default vBulletin * Allow User Selection: Yes * Save Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem? If it is still happening - Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem. Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php PHP Code:

I don't understand what the style has to do with the Delete as Spam feature
![]() Here's what I usually do: 1) Select the post by checking the checkbox. 2) From the bottom moderation drop down menu, I select "Delete Posts as Spam" 3) It goes to this page:http://i38.tinypic.com/affz48.jpg 4) I select "Ban these users" and usually "physically remove" 5) It then goes to this page: http://i35.tinypic.com/21jrmgl.jpg 6) I select the checkbox that says "Apply punitive action" 7) I click "Ban user" at the bottom And then all of his posts get deleted. However, none of the spam posts are deleted anymore. That is the problem. |
