Need to send out mass e-mails... (About 100,000)

I have a shared hosting server...

I don't have money to spend...

I try sending out e-mails using the built in vbulletin feature, but it always stops around 3000...

I have about 100,000 members I need to send e-mails to...

Is there any mod that will do only so many at a time?

Do to your hosts email limits, set the mod accordingly for your hourly outbound mail limit.
