Any plugin/options to allow that allow sub categories to appear in main?

Hi Everyone I need a little bit of expert advice.

I'm very keen to come up with a way of getting post that appear in a sub category to appear in the main category. I have just created a new forum where I have a forum for each country for example the Congo here:

http://www.global-pal.com/forumdisplay.php?f=33

Below the Congo I have a number of Congo categories, for example accommodation:

http://www.global-pal.com/forumdisplay.php?f=168

I would like to find a way for the the accommodation posts to appear in the main Congo category as well?
