Invert forum title and description + space between forums

Hi, i'm italian, sorry for my english

currently i have on use the vBulletin v3.8.2.

How i can invert order of FORUM TITLE and DESCRIPTION?
How i can insert one SPACE BETWEEN the FORUMS?

(see image attached)

this modification is a product or other?
