I have a forum in which people are looking for study partners
Is there a way to allow the thread started to mark his thread (asking for study partner) as closed and automatically prefixes that thread as "found partner" or whatever. Please guide me if there's such a MOD or hack |

Just turn on prefixes for that forum and require them and allow the thread starter to edit his thread to change them.

The problem is that am using "Easy Forms" MOD to hook newthreadstart so they don't see the regular thread starting interface so they don't see a prefix field
So I was wondering if there's anyway that closing a thread automatically prefixes it with something. |

There is no default function that will automatically add a prefix when you close a thread. You can search for a mod that does that (search "close*" in "all mods" "titles only"), but if you don't find one, you would have to write a plugin to do it.

The similar threads generated below this thread pointed me to a MOD that play with the CSS markup of closed threads, so I guess am going to use that
