Dont want to alow duplicate threads (titles)

I want to know how i can avoid the making of duplicate threads. (on title level only)

As excample i am making a topic "Armin van Buuren - Title 1".
I dont want anyone else to be able to make this excact title on the vbulletin. If a title is already in there there must be some eror ore something that tells that it already excists.

Can anyone help me on how i can make this posseble?
