new users showing as coppa and skin will not

even after they have confirmed ther Email, and there Birthday is fine.

Why are they not going to registered users ?

Also the skin goes to the default, even though I set it to the new one I installed .
were.

OK I think I found the issue with the coppa. and Ill have to see about the skin
