Mod or Addon to remove Session IDs from URLs

Hi there,

i have a big problem with my URL Structure. When i visit my Forum the first time (i am not logged in) all URLs on the Startpage, but also in the urls in the threadlist have a session ID. I enabled Cookies, so when i click to a page in the forum the Session IDs are away.

The problem: Google find always new urls when the bot visit my forum.

Is there a mod or a plugin to remove the Session IDs. Did someone know a good Addon?

I find this plugin, but it is no solution for this problem, because the URls cant build up Pagerank with this way.
