That vBulletin not sending me as if im constantly estubiese subscribed to all topics and I'm not, Aguiar knows how to fix it?

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are wanting. You can go to your user cp > edit options and set you Default Subscription Mode to whatever you want.

I can't understand if you are saying you are subscribed (is there a list of subscriptions in user cp > list subscriptions?) and getting no mail or that you aren't subscribed (again, is there a list of subscriptions in user cp > list subscriptions?) and you are getting mail.
