I want to make it so if a user selects a custom profile field from a text drop down list it will display an image in postbit legacy.

For example:

Choose your favorite sports team: and the user picks the New England Patriots, it will show the Patriots logo in Postbit Legacy.

Sounds like a job for the Mood Manager mod. Rename the moods to sports teams, and replace the icons. :up:
