Is there a mod to force rule agreement before replying in section?

I've been having tons of problems with users not following the rules in my classifieds section.

Is there a mod out there that forces them to read the rules before replying to a thread? I know there is a mod out there that forces users to read the rules before posting again on the forum, but I need one that hounds them before replying to a classifieds thread each time.
