Looking to post HTML for Admins only

I wanted to have only admins have access to post HTML in a particular forum. I can set the forum in the AdminCP for the HTML posting, but only want the admins to post in HTML.

Any ideas or suggestions on what I should do to get this working properly?

The mod which has been used for this in the past (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=96926) seems to have issues displaying the HTML for all who see it. So, I need to make sure that I find a good solution for this.

Any thoughts?
