I just had to share this with you guys. One of my posters works for a car dealership. In December he had a guy pull in off of the interstate and say that his Jeep "had a slight shimmy at high speeds" and he just wanted it checked out. So they put it up on the rack, and then proceeded to go back into the waiting room and ask him what he hit, he told them that he had run over a matress about 30 miles back.
Apparently this mattress had wrapped itself around the driveshaft, here's the pic of what they found:
nothing unusual really if its lying around and a car drives over it then obviously its gonna wrap itself around anything it comes into contact with - except on this occasion its the drive shaft.
so true but who cares,since we looking at the car not their ugly mushes
Might be because they are retired, and are working in the garage without the taxman knowing, I guess the youngest mechanic there has to be at least 85 years old
