How to add/delete/edit tabs on your navigation bar.
Please link me to a tutorial or tell me how to do it descriptively please.

Also need a module that displays child boards on the index page, how it shows them directly instead of clicking the forum then it shows them.

What tabs on the navigation bar?

Check vboptions > forum listings display > depth of forums for whether subforums are listed or not.

So you just want to change the navbar links? Search "navbar*" in "articles" "titles only" and you should find an article telling you how to modify the navbar links.

The search bar is in the upper right corner of the page. Enter (no quotes) "navbar*" and then select "article" from the first drop down and "titles only" from the second drop down and hit Search. You should then find an article on how to modify the navbar links.
